【退稅】愛爾蘭都柏林機場 經驗分享 – 2016-01-05, 23:53

我是在2015/9/19-10/10 由倫敦進，都柏林出。

在出發前找了很久關於都柏林機場退稅的問題，但似乎很少有這方面的資訊，所以在旅行過後來分享給大家~

我總共在這次英倫行中，有8筆需要退稅，其中3筆是在英國消費，5筆在都柏林。
這8筆中，分別各屬於下列退稅公司：
【Tax Free Worldwide】：6筆
【FEXCO Tax Free】：1筆（dublin 健力士博物館）
【Global Blue】：1筆（dublin Primark）

我在坐土航，所以是在第一航廈入關。
第一航廈的退稅櫃台是隱藏在免稅商店之中的，
我記得往1-3 GATE那個方向的小走廊，一進去就看到一面不起眼的牆，就一個可以書寫的桌子，桌下有個櫃子，牆上一座電話，旁邊再一個自助退稅機，桌下的櫃子是丟退稅信封的。

1.沒有退稅人員，一律信用卡退稅。
2.牆上有海關電話，除非你超過單筆1000歐（這要自已再確認規定哦）才需要海關來蓋章。
3.自已寫好、貼好之後，信封全都丟到那個神秘的小櫃子中。
4.【FEXCO Tax Free】這家公司是給一張像會員卡的卡片，所有退稅資料都在裡面，請一定要先上網註冊你的帳號，到機場之後，只要利用退稅櫃台旁的自助退稅機，先刷你的卡片，再刷要退稅的信用卡，就可以完成退稅了，不用緊張害怕填錯資料，也不用怕信用卡退錯，非常快速也簡單，這筆也是我最早收到的一筆退稅。


5.【Global Blue】這家我不得不說一下，Primark（愛爾蘭叫Penney）這家的店員，給了我退稅單卻沒有給我信封，特別問了，小姐說他們沒有提供信封，直接到機場就可以退了。我也就相信她了，但是到了機場之後我才發現【Global Blue】的確有退稅櫃台，但是，它在第二航廈，我人在第一啊！
這告訴我們，功課還是要做啊！該查的就是要查！！！
我們最後鼓起勇氣問了海關，海關就說丟到郵箱中，就會有人來收了！我就認命的丟了。

以上，都是在2015/10/10完成退稅，而實際收到退稅：
10/15 收到FEXCO 1筆
12/08 收到Tax Free Worldwide 6筆
12/25 收到Global Blue 1第

我在12/25看到Global Blue時，真的認為這是聖誕節禮物，沒想到真的退成功了！！！
愛爾蘭果真是神奇的國家，感謝它讓我退的稅全都成功回到我的懷抱了！

就為了它，我決定來寫分享文~~

Refund solutions

Procedure

Requirements

  • Credit card guarantee is taken from Shopper

Procedure

  • Before the form is export validated, the refund takes place immediately at a city refund point near to the store.

Advantages

  • Immediate cash refund
  • No queues at airport refund points
  • Refund often spent on location

Requirements

  • Credit card guarantee is taken from Shopper
  • Cash fee is incurred by the Shopper
  • Shoppers must return the export validated Tax Free form to Premier Tax Free within 30 days (may vary)

 

Airport cash

Procedure

  • After the Tax Free form is export validated, VAT is mostly refunded at an airport cash refund point; however, this can occur at a refund point outside of the airport.

Advantages

  • No credit card guarantee is taken from the Shopper
  • The Shopper does not need to post back the Tax Free form
  • Refund often available in home currency

Requirements

  • Cash fee is incurred by the shopper

Credit card

Procedure

  • After the Tax Free form is export validated, VAT is refunded directly to shoppers Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, Diners, JCB or American Express credit card or debit card.

Advantages

  • No cash fee incurred by the Shopper
  • No queues at refund points
  • Refund in the Shopper’s home currency
  • Refund received in 30 days

Requirements

  • Shopper must have a valid credit or debit card with a minimum of six months’ validity
  • Credit card number must be written on the Tax Free form
  • Shoppers must return the export-validated Tax Free form to Premier Tax Free
